MaxPro Medical
High-precision ultrasonic monitors engineered for Latvian obstetric clinics, primary healthcare centers, and home prenatal observation.
Latvia’s medical infrastructure has been undergoing a systematic modernization, driven by national health strategies designed to enhance prenatal care, reduce maternal-infant risk ratios, and decentralize diagnostic services. With key medical centers like the Riga Maternity Hospital (Rīgas Dzemdību nams) and regional clinical centers in Daugavpils, Liepāja, and Valmiera establishing stricter protocols for fetal assessment, the demand for highly reliable diagnostic tools has peaked.
In Latvia, maternal and child healthcare is structured under the state-funded National Health Service (Nacionālais veselības dienests - NVD). To optimize clinical workflows, there is an accelerating transition towards outpatient integration and remote prenatal telemonitoring. This shift is critical for rural municipalities, where geographical distance from major specialized centers poses challenges for frequent checkups. High-sensitivity ultrasound instruments allow local gynecologists, midwives, and family practitioners to conduct reliable diagnostic tracking, ensuring the early detection of anomalies like fetal hypoxia or umbilical cord compression.
As a leading developer, we provide Latvian medical distributors and healthcare institutions with medical-grade devices that integrate advanced digital signal processing (DSP), low-power acoustic outputs conforming to ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles, and rugged designs capable of continuous operations in busy obstetric environments.
Engineered for absolute accuracy and physical safety during critical prenatal monitoring stages.
Our fetal doppler lines implement advanced digital autocorrelation algorithms rather than simple zero-crossing frequency detection methods. Autocorrelation compares incoming echo waveforms against historical samples in real-time, removing background noise, placental blood flow murmurs, and maternal arterial pulsations. This ensures the outputted Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) values are strictly maternal-independent and highly stable even under difficult diagnostic conditions (e.g., elevated maternal BMI or early gestational weeks starting from week 9-10).
We manufacture probes with nominal frequencies of 2.0MHz, 2.5MHz, and 3.0MHz. In clinical settings, the 3.0MHz probe provides superior resolution for detecting early fetal heartbeats (first trimester), while the 2.0MHz and 2.5MHz probes offer the deeper acoustic penetration required during late-stage gestation. Probes are built with highly sensitive composite piezoelectric crystals, reducing total ultrasound power requirements while maintaining excellent signal integrity.
Patient safety is our primary focus. The temporal-average spatial-peak acoustic intensity ($I_{spta}$) of our products is strictly maintained below $10\,\text{mW/cm}^2$, which is significantly lower than the FDA and CE upper limits of $94\,\text{mW/cm}^2$ for obstetric diagnostics. This guarantees that fetus examinations remain entirely safe during prolonged maternal monitoring sessions.

Our raw materials section utilizes long-term strategic agreements with certified medical-grade raw plastic, sensor, and IC chip providers, sheltering our production from market volatility and global logistics bottlenecks.
Our facility implements advanced manufacturing technologies, including Automatic Screw Driving Machines and Automatic Packing Lines. These automated workflows reduce human error margins to nearly zero, while elevating our annual production capacities. Standardized electronic testing jigs guarantee that every single fetal doppler unit matches our precise frequency, acoustic output, and data display specifications prior to packaging.
For our clients in Latvia and the wider Baltic region, this translates to predictable manufacturing lead times (typically within 15–20 working days for volume orders), robust packaging optimized for intercontinental maritime or air transit, and the agility to modify product specifications (OEM/ODM branding, Latvian language manuals, custom packaging, specific probe combinations) without compromising delivery speed.
Total alignment with EU Regulations ensures seamless product registration, custom clearance, and patient safety.
Our products are manufactured in compliance with ISO 13485 standards. We supply CE-certified fetal dopplers that meet the requirements of EU Medical Devices Regulation (MDR 2017/745), facilitating fast registration with the Latvian State Agency of Medicines (Zāļu valsts aģentūra).
To satisfy Latvian patient safety and consumer protection laws (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs), we offer localized product packaging and translated Latvian user manuals (Lietošanas instrukcija) for safe home-care operations.
We arrange flexible transit paths to Riga and major Latvian logistics terminals via air cargo (RIGA International Airport - RIX), sea freight (Port of Riga, Port of Liepāja), and integrated EU rail lines, maintaining fully trackable transport flows.
